Pathway to Employment

This badge marked full completion of the Start Out Programme and recognised a successful transition into employment or further training. Recipients had completed all pathway badges, secured a job or progressed into education or training, took part in an exit evaluation and review, and submitted a reflective account of their progress and goals achieved.

Criteria

Complete every preceding pathway badge within the Start Out Programme, demonstrating consistent engagement with the curriculum and meeting each module's requirements over the course of the programme.

Gain sustained employment or make demonstrable progression into further education or accredited training, evidenced by an employment contract, enrolment confirmation, or training place offer.

Participate in the exit evaluation and review and submit a reflective statement detailing progress made, goals achieved, and plans for continued development, to support programme evaluation and individual learning records.
