Learners were required to explore the Retrofit Skills Centre and Retrofit Careers House webpages, becoming familiar with key roles, career pathways and available resources. They were then assessed by completing a short quiz to demonstrate understanding of retrofit careers, entry routes and skills needed for progression into the sector.

Criteria

Visited the Retrofit Skills Centre website and navigated core pages to identify at least three resources or tools relevant to retrofit skills, careers and training pathways, demonstrating initial familiarisation with the platform.

Explored the Retrofit Careers House webpages and located information on job roles, progression routes and employer guidance, summarising key findings to show awareness of career opportunities within the retrofit sector.

Completed the online quiz with a passing score to confirm understanding of retrofit career pathways, role requirements and available support, evidencing basic knowledge necessary to continue exploring the sector.
