Career Ally: Foundations in Career-Supporting Conversations by WSK

This CPD-certified credential recognises comprehensive training in informal career support for community settings. The Career Ally has mastered a structured 4-question conversation model, can demonstrate digital career tools confidently, knows when to provide direct support versus referring to qualified CDI-registered coaches, and maintains professional standards for confidentiality, inclusive practice, and appropriate boundaries. This credential signifies readiness to serve as a trusted career support resource in a variety of settings, including libraries, housing associations, and community hubs.

You will only be able to earn this certification after completing the final module of this pathway. When you've completed Modules 1 - 5, a link to the final module will be sent to you by email. When you complete the final module, your certification will be issued.

Earner has attended mandatory 60-minute live practice session with qualified coach demonstrating 4-question model
Earner has passed integrated skills assessment (5/5) correctly identifying appropriate responses across referrals, boundaries, confidentiality, and conversation scenarios
Earner has completed self-assessment confidence dashboard rating competency across all 5 modules at 3+ (moderately confident or higher)
Earner has created personal action plan identifying priority skills for initial practice and first Career Ally opportunities
Earner has committed to ongoing development through quarterly learning circles and annual CPD renewal
