Awarded for completing The Pioneering Leader Pathway - all five Essential Characteristics of a Pioneering Leader - alongside a year of church-based learning, ministry electives, practical placement and personal mentoring. Graduates are equipped for their next step towards vocational ministry or church planting in Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland.
