Engage in a team-based creative problem-solving activity, applying the Foursight process to develop a prototype solution.
Reflect on personal thinking preferences and their impact on team dynamics, and develop a plan to adapt behaviours for improved collaboration.
Understand and apply insights from the notions of divergent and convergent thinking to overcoming challenges faced in teams.
Apply personal and group reflections on Foursight Profiles and decision-making perferences to the Employability and Skills Team Charter.
