Earner has shown listening and communication by participating in a Tech Seniors course to embrace digital technology and develop their computing skills. They have gained awareness of online fraud and how to protect against it, such as spotting email scams, fake websites, and computer viruses.
Earner has developed problem solving skills through learning how to set up their phone or tablet, connect to the internet, get started with email, and access public services. They have gained the confidence to successfully complete these tasks independently and can now search the internet to find public service contact details for calls or emails.
Earner has undertaken group Microsoft Excel training to increase their knowledge of finances and get closer to their financial goals. They have developed money management skills by creating Excel charts and graphs to record and track incomes and expenditures, and can customise the service to suit their needs.
