Drone Pilot / Engineering Surveyor Live Jobs

Skills and Responsibilities:

Project Preparation:

Proficiency in developing construction-related tender information and calculations using AutoCAD & LSS.

Ability to craft machine control models for site operations including ponds, roads, sewers, and ground preparation tasks.

Competence in facilitating model handoff and clarification to site engineers.

Training capabilities in 3D modelling, site modelling, and data export.

Site Assistance:

Experience in accompanying Engineering Surveyors for on-site 3D model installations and machinery control setups.

Skills in conducting station, control, prestart topographical, and check surveys.

Drone Operations:

Valid GVC drone pilot's license.

Proficiency in recording flight details as per operations manual standards.

Familiarity with (or advantage of knowing) Drone Desk software for flight data logging and CAA compliance.

Proficiency in Pix4D processing software for aerial imagery and precise surveys.

Capability to conduct drone-based surveys and integrate them with traditional topographic surveys.

Maintenance of all drone-related logs, records, and annual CAA license renewals.

Survey Documentation:

Coordination skills for topsoil strip surveys.

Expertise in delivering accurate and comprehensive surveys to clients and relevant parties.

Additional Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in groundworks and infrastructure package setting-out.

Proficiency with Robotic Tools.
