We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (UX/UI) to join the team and be responsible for the ongoing evolution and optimisation of UX and UX content across our owned and third-party digital platforms used by drivers, customers, employees, suppliers, and investors.
Supporting to build our SEO strategy and having an interest in website design, the successful candidate will creatively use UX/UI best practice to bring our brand to life and maximise engagement across our digital platforms.
Role Responsibilities
The three areas of focus in the role will be SEO, an interest in website design and collaborating with the wider marketing team to create digital assets and UX content – working with the digital specialist, the successful candidate will support them to deliver our website roadmap. Other responsibilities include:
Owning the implementation of UX content across multiple websites
Planning and managing SEO analysis and reporting on activity to the Digital Specialist and wider team
Continuously improving website design and development, supporting to deliver the evolving brand and experience
Keeping our platforms current, impactful, inspirational, and engaging with ideas for exciting and innovative features/tools to retain our market leading status
Managing content of UI of internal facing platforms including our intranet
Digital Content Management – maintaining, refreshing, and uploading content and ensuring the content is integrated and accurate
Supporting the wider marketing team activity by building landing pages to support campaign delivery
Using keyword analysis, search demand and competitor analysis to develop and deliver SEO insights and technical opportunities back to our content writers
Day-to-day interaction and management of our web and digital agencies
Supporting website design and development using third-party agencies
User acceptance testing and approvals
Day-to-day interaction with web and digital agencies
Supporting with business-led projects where digital support is required
