Next Gen Works

The Next Gen XP employability programme, the Xperience Portal. Students move through four phases: Engage, where they join the live programme; Build, where they develop confidence, self-awareness and communication; Activate, where they take action on opportunities and support; and Progress, where they move forward into a career pathway with confidence. Live sessions and on-demand content, with weekly engagement and attendance data reported to the institution.
