Criteria

Attend a Pre-Work Experience Day and engage in workshops, coaching sessions, and Q&A discussions aimed at building confidence and readiness for AON's 3 day work experience.

Complete Aon's 3-Day Work Insights Programme, which offers practical exposure to the financial services sector through structured activities and interactions with industry professionals.

Participate in monthly career coaching calls designed to support further professional skills development, and support and prepare for job or educational pathway applications.
