Earner has excelled in business development by starting a company from scratch in a team and taking it from an idea to a viable enterprise. The business has completed key milestones such as product ideation and development, marketing, finances and selling. The earner, through their role in the company has contributed to these milestones to ensure they are completed to an acceptable standard.
Earner has worked effectively as a team member in working towards the completion of the identified company aims and objectives. They attended meetings regularly, listened to others and offered their own ideas and suggestions, offered support and worked towards achieving results and completing the company milestones.
Earner has developed Time Management skills as they took part in running the business during a school term with multiple commitments. This process required the earner to work to deadlines such as having a product ready for trade fair and ensuring the team is organised to attend sales events and meet key deadlines for the competition.
Earner has demonstrated independent and active learning through running their own company. They took on an individual role within the team and fulfilled their responsibilities to contribute to the overall success of the company. The earner participated in the running of the company and had an active role within the group.
