Earner has shown maturity and professionalism through their attendance at the immersion day, by adhering to all health and safety and workplace policies during their visit.
Earner has actively listened to a number of presentations, demonstrating interest and curiosity by confidently asking questions. They have participated in a number of role play and scenario based activities, developing their team work skills.
Earner has developed knowledge of business operation by participating in a YBS building tour and seeing first-hand the different departments that make up the organisation.
Earner has participated in a careers panel question and answer session, increasing knowledge of available roles at YBS, including different skills required for a range of jobs. They have gained awareness of the early careers roles at YBS.
Earner has taken part in a fraud investigation workshop and has successfully attained a certificate endorsed by AQA. During this activity, they have developed their problem-solving skills.
