They have increased their understanding of the importance of a growth mindset within enterprise, and how core competencies are applied throughout their entrepreneurial journeys as their businesses grow and develop.
Earner has completed a baseline questionnaire on a "growth mindset" approach to enterprise, such as how they rate their current resilience levels, solution finding capacity, positive outlook, and ability to receive constructive feedback. This has empowered them to discover personal attributes required for self-employment.
Earner has gained knowledge, through discussions and receiving feedback from peers, on the importance of resilience and how to embrace a solutions-focused approach that focuses on the future and goals.
