Badge recipients were encouraged to further explore the supportive resources and information on the CITBs Go Construct web pages.

Demonstrated core workplace behaviours and essential skills through supervisor assessment, including professionalism, teamwork, communication and an understanding of available training pathways to progress a retrofit or construction career. A commitment to further enhance their essential skills by engaging and accessing the Essential Skills Framework.
