This practical seminar looks at the overall investigation process from the purpose of the investigation through to the outcome. The aim is to develop skills and confidence in conducting employment investigations by addressing the following: Legislative context; Investigative skills and issues; Interview techniques; Report-writing guidance.
After the session, participants will understand the relevant legislation and utilise investigative fundamentals, with the ability to:
• Demonstrate a range of skills for interviewing, analysing evidence and report writing
