Earner has participated in several workshops. To support ongoing change, these training sessions are for Alter Results ambassadors, across different disciplines within the university. These workshops help earners become part of a resilient cohort while also maximising the impact of the workshop activities.
Earner has demonstrated reflective skills by offering input relating to content for future workshops. Earner has applied their knowledge as well as their experience from personally participating in workshops to give relevant content ideas.
Earner has worked collaboratively with others to help facilitate the delivery of at least 1 workshop. Earner has demonstrated excellent communication skills by actively engaging with workshop participants and supporting them with their learning.
Earner has ensured a positive learning environment by creating a safe space, where workshop participants are asked to respect each other and keep an open mind; this is essential when having discussions on cultural competence.
