Criteria

Prepare and submit a recorded 10 to 15 minute scientific presentation that demonstrated a coherent narrative and a single clear key message, with visuals integrated to support rather than distract. The recording had to show timing adherence and purposeful slide design.

Pass a live assessment where the presenter delivered the presentation with confident delivery and minimal reliance on notes, adjusted pacing and emphasis in real time, engaged the audience through questions or prompts, and kept precisely to the allocated time.

Respond to a question and answer session of at least 10 minutes, demonstrating clear and accurate explanation of complex ideas, thoughtful responses that showed depth of understanding, and an ability to adapt explanations to audience needs.
