This badge was issued to Hannah Wiseman on 17 March 2026.

This 10-week Perse Pastoral Culture & Leadership Award in Inclusion, Equality & Diversity (IE&D) forms one component of the full Perse Pastoral Culture & Leadership Award. This IE&D component is designed to introduce participants to ten core leadership skills and apply them specifically in areas of culture and leadership associated with Inclusion, Equality & Diversity. Learners develop an understanding of the real-world impact of leadership skills through training, practical application and critical reflection. The badge also includes mandatory basic safeguarding training and awareness.

The impact of skills and development of them are explored through training and learners are supported to apply these in a broad range of settings including organisational and wider community settings.

This badge recognises training, practical experience, reflective practice and demonstrated impact on community projects. This component of the Culture & Leadership Award runs over a period of 12 weeks and requires substantial engagement at three training sessions and between 5-10 community leadership workshops, initiatives and events.
