Earner has participated in a minimum of 30 hours of activity such as planning and leading workshops or running a school assembly, demonstrating initiative and active learning.
Earner has demonstrated their commitment to creating change in their community by attending meetings with decision makers, agreeing an action plan, and delivering it. As a result, showing skills in active listening, innovation and problem solving.
Earner has informed and helped to steer the youth project. For example, by attending steering group meetings or planning key outcomes for the work.
Earner has presented their opinions in a constructive manner, showing strong interpersonal and communication skills. For instance, sitting on a young people’s group that decides how to allocate funding.
Earner has shown an ability to inspire and influence others through encouraging individuals to think critically and develop their own opinions in the group; ensuring that the work they are doing is owned and led by young people.
