Earner has been taught how to communicate in a professional context and how to engage an audience of young people - including those who may have difficulty engaging with mainstream education. Earner has demonstrated an understanding of and ability to present, field questions and speak to a large audience.
Earner has been shown how to tailor their message / presentation for a younger audience and demonstrated an understanding of how to alter their demeanour and language in order to best meet the needs of their audience.
