They have participated in at least two events in different settings where they have developed their communication skills. They have also used digital technology as a means of engaging with others.
Earner has dedicated a minimum of 10 hours to developing their skills and knowledge of STEMM topics. They have attended at least two STEMM-related events where they have recorded evidence of their progression and are able to successfully demonstrate an extension of a skill or knowledge area.
Earner has displayed a willingness to further their professional development by spending a minimum of 15 hours exploring careers in STEMM sectors. They have gained a deeper insight into available career pathways by seeking professional guidance that may include relevant work experience. Earners are able to show evidence of exploring careers in more than one STEMM sector.
