Attend a Kingston Council Insight Session and participated in skills activities to gain an overview of council service delivery. Recipients were introduced to Local Government Association's Youth Employment UK resources, and are encouraged to continue to use the tools and resources to support their career development.

Make a commitment to continue using the Essential Skills Framework to further develop their essentials skills for work and life.

Explore the Kingston Council Careers web pages to better understand the range of services, and the types of job roles available within the council.

Participants were also introduced to the essential digital skills for work and life, and how essential skills support the adoption of new technologies like artificial intelligence (AI). Recipients are encouraged to further explore and develop their essential digital skills via the FutureDotNow Framework.
