Earner has guided groups of visiting secondary school children around the exhibition and engaged them in conversations about contemporary art. This showcased their communication skills and led to schools having rich and fulfilling experiences during their visits.
Earner has demonstrated adaptability and flexibility by working as part of a team to deliver a new project with participants from across Eastbourne. They understood the workings of a team within a gallery setting and supported new volunteers to integrate into the team, contributing towards the larger project.
Earner has shown curiosity and thought leadership by feeding back new learnings to the team during debrief sessions. This resourcefulness with new information has fed into adaptations in project delivery.
