Earners of this badge have acted as an ambassador in their home country and have volunteered their time for a minimum of 10 hours. International Alumni Ambassadors are volunteers in a country who, together with ARU’s Alumni Office, play a pivotal role in driving local alumni activities, supporting student engagement or strengthening ARU’s industry engagement. International Alumni Ambassadors can choose to support one key area of activity, but may choose to support ARU across all three.

Earner has demonstrated self-motivation and time management by volunteering to keep ARU alumni engaged in their home country, through coordinating physical or virtual events in partnership with ARU's Alumni Office.
Earner has supported the International Office at student recruitment events in their country by sharing their experience as a student at ARU, and stories of how their time at ARU has helped get them to where they are today.
Earner has provided ARU's Alumni Office with content for their digital alumni magazine, Connect, or videos and case studies to inspire others in the ARU community, showing their skills in communication.
Earner has influenced others by helping to foster and promote the development of beneficial relationships between ARU’s alumni, students, staff, the wider university community, and relevant employers within the region.
