Earner has understood the role of a Mentor and how they can support colleagues in developing their careers through a range of mentoring techniques such as active listening, questioning, GROW, and challenge.
Earner has shown commitment and passion for supporting others in their career journeys through mentoring. They have shown their willingness to learn and demonstrated their communication and active listening skills when engaging with course content.
Earner has gained the skills and knowledge to become a mentor in the internal mentoring programmes, and is ready to put their learning in to practice by mentoring colleagues.
