Earner has explored the causes and effects of pollution linked to waste management facilities, through research, group discussion, and webinars. They have identified the role and impact of waste management systems and their operations on the environment by collaboratively researching with teammates, collating, and then analysing the best solutions to ensure that their Island is Net Zero in relation to its carbon emissions.
Earner has demonstrated their understanding of the role of waste management systems, their operation, and their impact on the environment, through a detailed self-directed research process and then, with team members, applying a SWOT analysis to identify the most efficient solution.
Earner has communicated effectively and clearly within their team to strengthen their end of project pitch and ensure their team’s island is net zero. They have demonstrated the ability to argue coherently and persuasively to a professional panel as to the choices they have made.
