Inclusive Leadership and Practice Conference 2026
This badge recognises the participant’s attendance at the Leeds Learning Alliance’s 2026 Inclusive Leadership and Practice Conference, held on Friday, 6 February at Carr Manor Community School.
It acknowledges their commitment to strengthening inclusive leadership across education, communities, and public services.
The participant has taken part in a day of professional learning that brought together leaders from across Leeds and beyond. This year’s conference featured keynote addresses from Sir Kevan Collins and Liz Robinson, hosted by Jamie Jones-Buchanan MBE, along with contributions from experts across education and social change. Delegates also experienced an interview with Carr Manor Community School alum Matty Lee MBE, led by Sally Simpson.
Throughout the conference, attendees engaged in a choice of workshops, discussions, and panels led by sector specialists. These covered themes such as early years practice, leadership sustainability, equity by design, peacebuilding within organisations, anti-racism in practice, and forming place-based partnerships.
The breadth of sessions enabled participants to gain new insight, reflect critically on their own practice, and explore innovative approaches to inclusive leadership.
