This badge was issued to Michelle Regan on 02 September 2024.

This badge is awarded to trainees who have completed a comprehensive ten-session psychoeducational wellbeing training program specifically designed for women. The training, conducted by Wren, aims to enhance participants' understanding of how adverse life experiences—both personal and social, conscious and unconscious—can shape thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By the end of the program, participants will feel more empowered to make positive changes within themselves and in their relationships with those around them. The training encourages self-reflection, emotional growth, and the development of coping strategies to better navigate life's challenges. The sessions cover a range of topics including mental health awareness, emotional regulation, stress management, and the impact of societal factors on personal wellbeing. Each session involves interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises to ensure a holistic learning experience. Participants are expected to actively engage in all sessions to fully benefit from the training. Upon completion, individuals will have a deeper understanding of their psychological landscape and will be better equipped to foster healthier relationships and a more balanced life.
