Earner has understood why some people might require passenger assistance. They have gained knowledge of the process of booking passenger assistance, should they require it.
Earner has located a train journey planner using an app or an internet website. They have read and understood the information, demonstrating effective reading comprehension skills. They can communicate what time the train is departing and when it will be arriving at its destination.
Earner has confidently communicated and bought a train ticket in person at either a ticket booth or a ticket vending machine, with support where age appropriate.
Earner has demonstrated effective awareness of navigating themselves around the station, to get to their desired platform in a timely fashion. They are aware of where they can go and who they can speak to, should they require help at a station.
Earner has shown good organisational skills, arriving at the train station in good time, in preparation for their train departure. They have boarded the train correctly and had their train ticket ready for inspection, when necessary, they have confidently presented their ticket. Upon arrival, they have disembarked the train in a safe manner.
