The Belfast City Council Labour Market Partnership (LMP) is here to help people access training and employment opportunities. By working with local partners, we provide flexible programmes that meet community needs and support residents to build new skills, improve their employability, and connect with local employers. Support is provided across different areas: for transport, the partnership is supported by funding from the Department for Communities (DfC); and for childminding, the partnership is supported by funding from the Department for Communities (DfC) and the Department of Education (DE)
