The Ards and North Down Labour Market Partnership (LMP) is here to help people access training and employment opportunities. By working with local partners, we provide flexible programmes that meet community needs and support residents to build new skills, improve their employability, and connect with local employers. The Admin and Business Services Academy supports residents into employment across administration and customer service through employability training, interview preparation and direct contact with local employers.
