The Ards and North Down Labour Market Partnership (LMP) is here to help people access training and employment opportunities. By working with local partners, we provide flexible programmes that meet community needs and support residents to build new skills, improve their employability, and connect with local employers. The Green Tech Academy helps qualified electricians, plumbers, heating engineers and construction tradespeople upskill in green technology, with recognised certification delivered by South Eastern Regional College (SERC).
