Childcare Learning & Development Level 3 - Partnership Working

Only available to belfast residents currently employed and wishing to upskill to apply for a "better job".

Earners of this badge have gained an understanding of communication and its importance. Earners have learnt how to meet a wide variety of communication needs and preferences, and overcome barriers to communication. Earners have applied the principles of confidentiality, information sharing and complaints handling. They understand of partnership working and how this supports multi-agency and integrated working practices.

If you enrol on to the academy, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 qualification in Childcare Learning & Development which will enable you to apply for roles as a qualified childcare assistant and room supervisor. You will also receive employability support and mentoring throughout the duration of this programme
