Day 1 Workshop: Values & Proactive Processes
The opening day of the 7 Day Leaders Programme. Working in circles throughout, you will define inclusive versus exclusive values, set your vision through values, priorities and intended impacts, learn the Relationships Window and the Theory of Action, and practise the proactive processes that build relational culture: check-in circles, community builders, relational dosing and solution-focused circles. Attend the day and pass the knowledge check to earn the Values & Proactive Processes badge.
