Day 1 of the Leading Inclusive Cultures programme: the values, priorities and impacts of inclusive cultures, and the proactive processes that build them. You will work in circles from the first check-in, explore the Relationships Window (high challenge with high support: working WITH, not to or for), map your personal Theory of Action, and practise proactive tools including community builders, relational dosing and solution-focused circles.
