Leading Inclusive Cultures - 7 Day Leaders Programme
The full Leading Inclusive Cultures leadership journey from Carr Manor Community School. Across seven days, school leaders move from experiencing relational and restorative practice first-hand to designing and leading it in their own settings: inclusive values and proactive circle practice, restorative reactive processes, a full immersion day at Carr Manor, the Inclusive Cultures Model, trauma-informed Spheres of Action, relational restorative line management, and finally joining a sustained network of inclusive leaders. The approach throughout is 'think like we think', not 'do what we do': every tool is designed to help you build contextually relevant practice for your school. The seven days are modular: local partners can commission shorter combinations (a four-day programme, an immersion day plus one, and other shapes), with each day earning its own badge. Completing the full seven-day pathway earns the Leading Inclusive Cultures capstone badge - the flagship credential, reserved for the complete journey; shorter programme variants earn their own completion credentials.
