Leading Inclusive Cultures
The capstone credential of the Leading Inclusive Cultures programme from Carr Manor Community School. Awarded for completing the full 7 Day Leaders Programme pathway: from immersion in relational and restorative practice, through the Inclusive Cultures Model, Spheres of Action and restorative line management, to leading within a network of inclusive leaders. Holders can read their own system, design contextually relevant value-aligned practice, and lead inclusive cultures in their setting - think like we think, not do what we do.
