The flagship theory day of the programme. Work with the Inclusive Cultures Model (ICM): five layers from Vision through Resources, Frameworks and Actions to Actual Impacts. Distinguish practices from activities, plot them on the Value-Action Matrix, and use the Seven Domain Tool (Why, What, How, Who, When, Setting, Tools) to assess and design the frameworks in your own school.
