Earner has gained practical knowledge and experience within the hotel Food & Beverage environment by; Engaging with customers and explaining hotel offerings, taking orders and using the PMS system to put through orders and take payments, preparing beverages and serving food, clearing and cleaning tables, re-setting Tables, setting up conference / function rooms, and taking room service orders, and delivering food.

Earner has communicated effectively with other departments i.e. kitchen to ensure smooth running of operations.

Earner has shown great commitment and competency in understanding how their role plays a key element in the hotel operation.

Earner has received and actioned feedback on their performance throughout the Hotel Takeover project.
