Earner has supervised the Food & Beverage operation (Breakfast / Evening) and showing a good level of interaction with the hotel guests as well as having a hands-on approach when necessary.

Earner has shown great commitment and competency in understanding how their role plays a key element in the hotel operation.

Earner has received and actioned feedback on their performance throughout the Hotel Takeover project.
