Earner has used their leadership, teamwork and communication skills to understand how to establish and develop working relationships with colleagues in a playwork context. Earner has facilitated a staff meeting which addressed the teams individual roles and responsibilities, and established processes for overcoming conflict. Earner was observed by an assessor whilst leading the meeting and an observation was submitted as evidence.
Earner has used their reflective practice, relationship management and supervision skills to facilitate a group supervision session, on reflective practice, with new staff. Earner has shared their experience on the benefits of reflective practice and its contribution to professional development. Earner has managed relationships, within the supervision session, to help foster a supportive environment where staff were happy to share challenges and gain feedback to help improve their practice.
Earner has demonstrated their problem solving, partnership working and conflict resolution skills when handling personal and sensitive information, in accordance with legal requirements. Earner has submitted a written report to detail a time when they had managed conflict and maintained a positive working relationship with partners, whilst also ensuring the confidentiality and rights of the child and their families were maintained.
