Earner has gained a better understanding of the meaning of diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. They have completed group work activities to increase their knowledge of relevant legislation and developed an understanding of legal definitions of discrimination.

Earner has gained an awareness of different personality types in the workplace, including Myers-Briggs Type personality types. Through reflective practice they have built skills to enable them to work effectively with others in a workplace and support inclusive values.

Earner has, through group activities and self-reflection, developed awareness of their own personality type, including personal strengths and weaknesses and how to manage these in a work environment.

Earner has gained an awareness of the 7 main disability classifications and gained knowledge of the legal discrimination classifications and support available for individuals who have disabilities.
