The Belfast City Council Business Services Employment Academy equips participants with the practical skills needed to get a job in Belfast’s growing professional and business sector. The academy provides support including employability skills, enhancing interview skills, confidence building and workplace professionalism. This is an entry-level pathway to support the learner to apply for and interview for job roles in the administration and business services industry.
