Customer Service Skills Masterclass

Students will be taking part in a Customer Service Master Class, the objective of the class will be to understand the importance and benefits of providing a good customer service. Identify examples of how good customer service can be demonstrated.

Earner has identified good and bad customer service practices when dealing with complaints by analysing real-world scenarios to distinguish between effective and poor responses. Through this process, they have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in customer service interactions, leading to a deeper understanding of best practices for handling complaints professionally.

Earner has demonstrated effective listening and communication skills by participating in a task where they accurately followed and delivered verbal instructions. This exercise developed their active listening and clear communication abilities in a professional setting, enhancing their capacity to understand and convey information effectively in customer interactions.

Earner has identified and practiced selling skills by engaging in role-playing exercises to recognise key sales techniques and apply them in a simulated environment. This experience has strengthened their persuasion, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills, enabling them to gain confidence in presenting and promoting products or services to customers.

Earner has analysed customer service skills in written communication by reviewing and evaluating examples of poor written communication, identifying key areas for improvement. By refining their professional written communication and attention to detail, they have developed the ability to craft clear, professional, and customer-friendly written responses.
