Pathways PSP French - Perpetua

Perpetua students demonstrate strong control over grammar, a willingness to experiment with language, and confidence across all skills. They routinely use three tenses, relative clauses, and complex opinions in extended written and spoken responses. They communicate clearly and thoughtfully, showing flexibility in word choice and adaptation.

These students engage independently with authentic materials and begin to analyse tone, nuance, and implication in written and spoken texts. They often show curiosity about cultural issues and may follow French-language podcasts, music, or short films. Their language is accurate, expressive, and increasingly idiomatic — indicating strong preparation for Advanced PSP.
