Pathways PSP Computer Science - Perpetua
Perpetua students display increasing independence, technical curiosity, and ambition in their computing work. They confidently apply advanced programming concepts such as functions, subroutines, file handling, and basic use of data structures like lists or dictionaries. They contribute thoughtfully to collaborative projects, take on technical leadership within teams, and often choose to solve more open-ended or creative computing challenges.
Their theoretical knowledge is applied to deeper discussions on cybersecurity, AI, and data ethics, where they show a reflective understanding of both function and consequence. Many Perpetua students participate in enrichment such as coding challenges, digital clubs, or computing competitions (e.g. Bebras, Perse), and begin to mentor younger peers or share technical skills.
