This Room for Work Kingston Badge acknowledges the successful completion of a 12-week employability programme tailored for individuals aged over 45. Participants enhanced their confidence and honed practical skills in job searching, communication, CV writing, interviews, networking, and career transitions. By completing the programme, each participant demonstrated resilience, invested in their future career, gained or improved essential and digital skills and engaged with a supportive peer network.

Successfully complete the 12-week employability programme, attending in-person sessions, submitting coursework, and actively participating in workshops and presentations.
Develop and refined their personal brand via updated CV, cover letters, LinkedIN profile, demonstrating improved skills in crafting tailored job applications and improved digital skills including use of social media.
Engage with the peer network, providing support and feedback to fellow participants, and participate in networking activities and demonstrate improved interview skills.
