Tees Valley New Creatives Member – Gold

Earners of this badge are members of Tees Valley New Creatives. They are newly trained creatives with a diverse range of professional experience, including paid freelance, commission-led and salaried roles, and in creative business start-up. Members have engaged in activity delivered by TVNC with creative sector professionals to develop their awareness of current industry needs, expectations and career opportunities, and boost their readiness for a sustainable career in their creative field.

Earner has successfully completed the 'Tees Valley New Creatives Member - Bronze' badge.

Earner has successfully completed the 'Tees Valley New Creatives – Silver' badge.

Earner has successfully completed the 'Tees Valley New Creatives Talent Directory – Featured Professional' badge.

Earner has embedded a range of sector skills and knowledge in different professional contexts through sustaining paid work in the creative and cultural sector. They have demonstrated that they have either: completed a minimum of four contracted roles/commissions, completed a minimum of 120 hours of paid work, or registered their own business and successfully ‘traded’ across the course of three months.

Earner has drawn upon the skills, experiences and knowledge they have gained across their developing career to inspire and influence other TVNC members. They have demonstrated this through either: delivering a workshop, talk or masterclass, creating and sharing relevant career resources, inviting members to see examples of their work in professional settings, or offering shadowing / work experience opportunities.

Earner has acted as an ambassador for Tees Valley New Creatives by engaging in public marketing activities promoting the benefits and creative career outcomes membership can bring.
