This pathway and collection of career related activities, supports raising awareness amongst Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 learners in Primary. Earners have learnt about the variety of jobs in the Royal Navy and the various skills required that relate to CTE 's Essential Skills Framework, communication and collaboration, Flexibility & Adaptability, Leadership & Responsibility, Initiative & Self-Direction. Earners were made aware of the other elements such as health and fitness and it's relevance to certain roles, in addition to more civilian roles.
