CEA: Pre-Apprenticeship Pathway
The CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYMENT ACADEMY (CEA): PRE APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAY is a training programme run by Belfast City Council. It helps local people learn the skills they need to progress into a construction apprenticeship.
The programme offers practical training including recognised qualifications and support with employability skills such as writing CVs and preparing for interviews. It’s all about helping people into a career in construction.
